About us

Hungry Pebble Hand Pies launched its flagship food truck in Starved Rock Country in fall 2026, with a mission to bring the humble meat pie to Illinois and beyond. Our savory hand pies pair a golden, flaky crust with hearty, protein-packed fillings. Keep an eye out for the truck, we’re always on the move.
